Moreland 38, built by R&W Clark of Cowes to Lloyds A1 spec for the 1966 Cowes-Torquay race, which won her class.
This classic British powerboat has a diagonal mahogany hull, cascover sheathed from new and took over 3,000 hours to build to the line drawings of Bernard Olesinski whilst he apprenticed at Clarks.
The hull was tank tested at the Saunders-Roe facility in Cowes.
Re-powered in 2000 with twin Iveco 330hp diesel engines she will cruise at 25 knots and top out at 29 knots.
She has belonged to the current owners for 22 years.
Ideal project that has just been reduced from GBP 34,950.
